The scariest SE I managed to pull was when I managed access into Space Flight Operations with no badge, no escort and no questions asked. And no-one in the facility knew me from Adam. All I had to do was walk around like I owned the place. To them, I was just another mission specialist. This was just before the Pathfinder landing of 1997.
