[Moderator: "..do not have adequate firewalls..." and "most attacks
come from in-house staff.." seem to be counter productive to
     a firewall vendor. :)]

23Jun98 AUSTRALIA: BEWARE - ENEMY WITHIN.
    Original Article By John Hilvert.

The Australia-New Zealand manager with Check Point Software, Peter
Sandilands, has said that about half the businesses on the Internet do not
have adequate firewalls in place to protect from unauthorised use of their
systems. He has also said that most attacks on software come from in-house
staff. Sandilands has said that Check Point is doing well. He has said
that companies need a system of triggers to enable an investigation if an
intrusion occurs. A survey conducted by IDC in 1997 has indicated that
Check Point has captured 70 per cent of the firewall market in the
Asia-Pacific region in the twelve months to June 1998.
