Why, he has to ask himself, "a secret location"? All this is, is a
national group to provide support for fighting computer-based crime.
Its immediate predecessor, the Met Computer Crimes Unit, while most
people wouldn't have known where it was, didn't keep itself "secret".
Even the location of the much more disturbing NTAC, located in the
    Security Service offices, is public.

Is this just inaccurate (reporting or official misinformation), or is
there something (pick from sinister, weird, disturbing) going on.
