    If your power infrastructure is constructed such that people can be
    killed and maimed from the Internet, you're a cataclysm waiting to
    happen, terrorists or not.  Get your SCADA systems off the Internet,
    for Pete's sake, or at least make sure their traffic is encrypted with
    a decent key size.
    
    "Cyberterrorism" feeds on stupidity; stop laying out the buffet and
    you'll be a lot safer.
