Knowledge Consulting Group, located in Sterling, Va., will update the organizations' security guidelines, identify potential security lapses and provide security support, said Maryann Hirsch, company president, during a Feb. 18 telephone interview. DOD "always had security policies in place. But after [Sept. 11, 2001,] it wants improved preparedness," Hirsch said. The company during the past three years provided systems infrastructure support services to the Counterintelligence Field Activity.
