The Korea Communications Commission and the Korea Information Security 
Agency are going to offer as many as 147 social welfare centers 
information security service in partnership with college information 
security clubs and disabled welfare organizations.

Under the plan, they will offer socially marginalized people, including 
the handicapped, information security trainings and check their computer 
security check services; - install Windows security patches and service 
packs on their computers; - install vaccine programs and eliminate 
spywares; - manage Windows accounts and passwords; - set security for 
shared folders; - set and check web browser security.
