http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/Article.aspx/1234376 The Press and Journal 27/05/2009 SECURITY has been tightened at a Moray air base after a man in disguise was allowed to walk in unchallenged by guards, a Ministry of Defence spokeswoman said. The security breach happened when Gary Souter, 19, of 13 Dean Terrace, Lossiemouth, approached the main gate of RAF Lossiemouth on December 5 last year dressed in combat clothes and a long black jacket and hat, with his face covered by a scarf. He appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday and admitted breaking the peace at the base. The court was told that two guards on duty had been busy checking other people’s identification when Souter walked past them. They saw him heading towards the medical centre and shouted at him to stop, but he ignored them and ran off.
