http://www.northcountrygazette.org/2009/06/12/shen_hacker/ North Country Gazette June 12, 2009 CLIFTON PARK - A 16-year-old sophomore at Shenendehowa High School who hacked into the school’s computer system last fall has been arrested for doing the same thing again. Matthew Beighey, 16, of Clifton Park has been charged with unauthorized use of a computer and third degree identity theft following an investigation by the State Police Computer Crime Unit. Police said Beighey was caught using another student’s identification to log on to a school computer after he had been barred from accessing school computers and thereafter he was in the process of locking out staff members from receiving messages. Beighey was issued an appearance ticket for June 17 in Clifton Park Town Court. Last fall when he was 15, Beighey was caught hacking into the school’s computer system and accessing data about bus driver. That time his name was not released and he answered charges of computer trespass, second degree unlawful possession of personal identification information and felony identity theft in Saratoga Family Court.
