Eugene A. Osbahr, of 621 McColm St., could face up to two years behind bars on a misdemeanor count of computer crimes-modifying data, which carries a penalty enhancer due to his prior convictions. According to a criminal complaint: Osbahr's boss, who manages an Anytime Fitness location, alerted police in January after his e-mail account was compromised. The man said the hacker sent an e-mail to his boss making it sound as if he is selling steroids, then deleted his Facebook and MySpace accounts by using the e-mail account to reset his passwords.
