(08-17) 19:05 PDT OAKLAND -- Hackers carried out a second cyber-attack
against BART Wednesday, breaching the website of the union that
represents the agency's rank-and-file police and releasing a roster of
102 officers and other employees along with their home addresses, e-mail
addresses and passwords for the site.

The roster was published on a separate website, where the hackers wrote,
"Yet another success."

The hack attack, which the FBI is investigating, was a response to
BART's decision to temporarily shut down underground cellular and wi-fi
service at its downtown San Francisco stations Aug. 11. BART had hoped
to keep protesters from corresponding while trying to disrupt train
service.
