The plan, sources said, is to put in place a group of hackers with special emphasis on countering the threats emanating from Chinese hackers. Sources remained tightlipped about the exact number of hackers appointed but said few of them have been enrolled and others are set to get on board in the near future to take on the threat and even carry out need-based offensive operations. At least two hackers engaged for the purpose are undergoing tutorials on the Chinese language. The agency has also appointed a Chinese language tutor to help the hackers learn Mandarin, the language of the Chinese so that national critical infrastructure is protected from the offensive operations of the Red Army.
