I *F**KING* *HATE* how Gmail won't let me put in pre-formatted monospace
text into an email. One of the downsides, I guess. Thank the gods for
direct injection.

It wouldn't be spring without a Con CFP being posted to the list. Since Mr.
Moss seems to be slacking, it therefore falls to me.

TLDR:
Who: You
What: Skytalks V CFP
When: Now - CFP Closes 23:59:59 MDT (UTC-06) 1 June 2012
Why: Because this CFP will self-destruct in 10 seconds.
Where: 2012-cfp (at) skytalks.info - 7 BIT ASCII TEXT! If you send send
.DOC, .PDF, .HTML, or something else that acts as a vector for

Y'know, we must be gluttons for punishment. Not content with 4 years of
brain overload by day, followed by partying into the 6am hour, here we
are, back for a fifth-year of brain-bending talks, demos, releases and
rants by some of the legends of the community. For Defcon 20, let's
show the kids how we really did it "back then." Actually, maybe not --
I don't think the statute of limitations has run out yet, and strippers
have gotten a lot more expensive since then.

We remember when going to a security conference meant that you were
going to sit around in a large room with 30 or so people watching
presentations about subjects that contained highly sensitive information
that usually was presented with some type of a legal disclosure. Well,
the room and the attendees may be a little bigger, but we aim to get the
same elite content and ideas. Our goal is the same, just as in years
past: "Skytalks are presentations designed to overclock your brain with
cutting edge information about sensitive topics that you might not be
able to freely discuss or research from the privacy of your own home or
workplace."

Have you ever attended a talk and come away from it feeling like you
just got pwned? Have you ever given a talk about something that you
think nobody else has been paying attention to? Got something pissing
you off, but you don't know who to tell? You will. And the crew that
will bring it all to you? 303.

So, do you have a topic that
   * has to be cleared by a 3 (or 4) letter agency or department?
   * would get you sued (or fired) if it were to show up on YouTube?
   * discusses (un)ethical, dark, real world, ninja sh*t that can teach
     people something useful?
   * challenges the community and industry to fix "something that's
     broken?"
   * demonstrates just how damn weak _________ is?
   * -REMOVED FOR LEGAL REASONS-?
   * discloses C-level exec's and lawyers' home addresses, phone numbers,
     etc. for censoring the above?
   * Can't be recorded? (NO AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING IS ALLOWED)

THEN SUBMIT YOUR TALK!
