    I want to emphasize again that press reports, which are never totally
    reliable, are definitely unreliable in wartime.  I have not tried to

    Also, a correction.  In the essay I sent out earlier this evening,
    I prematurely announced Ronald Reagan's death.  He is ill but he's
    still here, living about two miles from me.  I'm sorry about that.
