    be expected to keep track), it requires registration on terms that
    I don't like, I don't feel like it adds enough to what I've already
    sent out, I don't have enough information to judge it as credible,
    or I just don't have a gut sense that it's important.  If you send
    me twenty URL's and I don't use any of them, then yeah, maybe that's
