I booted up NT and tested..

*** DCC Server is ON (59)

Ok, the DCC Server is on and listening for connections, to be certain, i also
portscanned it.

gate:~# pscan foo.bar.org 59

Tried many other settings, mirc client under win95, running balu from another
host etc. Nothing happens.
