One of the security-related changes that did not appear in Aleph1's summary
of SP5 is that source-routing now may be disabled. The knowledge base
    article to reference is Q217336
    (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q217/3/36.asp).

The registry key to modify is
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters, and the name of the
value to add is DisableIPSourceRouting, type REG_DWORD. To disable
source-routing, set this value to 1.

Note - the registry key information is not in the KB article at the moment.
I'm told this will be corrected shortly.
