    An addendum to the Microsoft IRDP implementation.  Its somewhat broken in that its mapping of IRDP preference to routing metric is not monotonically decreasing ie. high-preference/hi-priority routes are actually treated as low priority routes.  Here are the mappings I found on my win98 machine.
