OpenSSH 2.9.9p2 packages for Immunix 6.2 with latest fix

I've patched my previous OpenSSH packages for Immunix 6.2 with the
latest security fix (as found by Joost Pol, and documented at
http://www.pine.nl/advisories/pine-cert-20020301.html), and put them on
the ibiblio mirror.  These packages also correct a few other
configuration problems that are present in my previous 6.2 packages and
are still present in the 7.0 packages released by WireX.

Hopefully WireX releases a 7.0 version of this soon :)
