Internet Project Management:
From Concept and Creation to Cost and Control
OVERVIEW
Effective planning and quality management are musts
for any internet project. This program will address the
myriad issues facing those who are involved with the
development of Internet projects - whether it's an initial
web site or implementing a new program. The speakers
for this seminar will address the many facets of Internet
project management, including initial evaluation, creation
of the model, launch, maintenance, cost controls, timeline
development, resource procurement, legal concerns,
and risk management.
