    Those words, by themselves, scream "snake oil".  I visited the web
    site you mentioned, and it looks like a company that appeared in the
    "Doghouse" section of Bruce Schneier's monthly newsletter a few years
    ago.
    
    Bruce Schneier, for those who don't know but do care, is the author of
    _Applied Cryptography_, as well as one of the final-round candidates for
    the fed's Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to replace DES.
