Hello Partners, Please see the updated description of Nimda worm - AVP engine is now capable of disinfecting Nimda infected .EXE files and detecting the infection from .EML files with the help of the latest Daily.avc file, which is included in the latest update packages. Please note that manual system cleanup steps of the description still need to be performed and Microsoft patches for IE and IIS should nevertheless be applied. http://www.europe.f-secure.com/v-descs/nimda.shtml As an addition, please note, that FSAV should be set to scan all files, cause EML and NWS aren't on the list of scanned extensions by default.
