VOTE.C 09/28/2001

 Type: Worm
This worm is a new variant that combines attributes from both, Vote.A and
Vote.B variants. It contains the same destructive payload as Vote.B and uses
the same email message as Vote.A. The new variant will also include the same
attached .vbs files as previous variants.
