Most of you should have gotten this from filling out the InfraGard
Forms, though not if you fill them out recently.
Who wants to buy the government a keyboard with lower case letters?

NATIONAL THREAT WARNING SYSTEM--EXTENSION OF FBI TERRORIST THREAT ADVISORY; TERRORIST ATTACKS AGAINST MULTIPLE TARGETS IN NEW YORK CITY AND WASHINGTON, D.C.
ON 9/11/01, THE FBI ISSUED A 30-DAY TERRORIST THREAT ADVISORY VIA THE NATIONAL THREAT WARNING SYSTEM REGARDING THE TERRORIST ATTACKS ON THE WORLD TRADE CENTER AND PENTAGON.
THIS COMMUNICATION EXTENDS THE ADVISORY FROM 10/11/01 TO 12/11/01, AT WHICH TIME IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE, UNLESS AGAIN EXTENDED BY THE FBI.
THE FBI IS CONTINUING TO PURSUE ALL POSSIBLE LEADS IN ITS INVESTIGATION OF THE 9/11/01 ATTACKS. WE HAVE BEEN AIDED IN THIS EFFORT BY SECURITY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AROUND THE WORLD.
EFFORTS TO IDENTIFY INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING THE 9/11 ATTACKS AND TO DISMANTLE THE TERRORIST NETWORK BEHIND THEM INVOLVE ACTIVITY ON THE LAW ENFORCEMENT, DIPLOMATIC, AND MILITARY FRONTS. THIS BROAD-BASED EFFORT COULD HEIGHTEN THE POTENTIAL FOR TERRORIST ATTACKS AGAINST U.S. INTERESTS WORLDWIDE. THE FBI CONTINUES TO RECEIVE A HIGH VOLUME OF REPORTING CONCERNING POSSIBLE THREATS TO U.S. INTERESTS BOTH IN THE UNITED STATES AND ABROAD.
RECIPIENTS ARE ALSO REMINDED OF THE UPCOMING ANNIVERSARY OF THE OCTOBER 12, 2000 ATTACK ON THE U.S.S. COLE IN YEMEN, WHICH KILLED 17 U.S. SAILORS. ALTHOUGH THE FBI POSSESSES NO SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO INDICATE THAT VIOLENT ACTS WILL OCCUR ON THIS DATE, RECIPIENTS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT'S COUNTERTERRORISM COMMUNITY CONSIDERS ANNIVERSARY DATES AS A POTENTIAL KEY INDICATOR OF TERRORIST ACTIVITY. RECIPIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO EVALUATE WHETHER ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES ARE WARRANTED.
THERE IS ALSO THE POTENTIAL THAT TERRORIST GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE AL-QAEDA NETWORK COULD EXPLOIT THE CURRENT SITUATION BY CARRYING OUT TERRORIST ATTACKS AGAINST THE UNITED STATES, EITHER IN THIS COUNTRY OR ABROAD.
RECIPIENTS ARE URGED TO REMAIN AT THE HIGHEST STATE OF ALERT AND IMMEDIATELY REPORT ALL THREAT INFORMATION TO THEIR LOCAL FBI FIELD OFFICE OR FBI HEADQUARTERS.
