    Guardian Digital did not find the problem. Guardian Digital simply went
    public with the vulnerability before the agreed-upon date and time that

    Uhhh...  .usa can work if someone sets up root name servers that are
    authoritative for that top level domain. ISPs could easily add support
    for .usa for their own customers through a simple tweak to their name
    server's configuration files. Individual users could apply a similarly
    simple tweak to resolve .usa addresses if their ISPs do not.
