SA Mike Ruffner, FBI Portland, requested posting of the following: "From 12/2001 - 5/29/2002, certain individuals from the Houston Texas area are responsible for separate but similar fraudulent activity targeting small Oregon computer companies. The individuals order a large number of CPUs from these companies and pay for the items using a fraudulent check FedExed to the victim's bank. They further request the items be FedExed to a suite or apartment via overnight delivery. The individuals are placing the orders via telephone from London, England."
