This reminds me of the fiasco in the Salem/Keizer area when they (as US West) printed up the telephone books one year with Keizer spelled "Keiser" (or was it Kaiser?) Also reminds me an ad for a cleaners in the Yellow Pages in the Portland area that was supposed to read, "We get your shirts clean" but they dropped the R. The business requested they do it again the next year -- they said it caused a HUGE increase in calls. Unsurprisingly, they said no...
