I am receiving the nigerian scam. I have the IP address the mail came
from, I have the reply to email. I can find the netblock and domain
admin what can I do to "report" and stop it. Is there a central db of
scam domains? Is tehe a legal way of going after the domain admins?

I can do the tech stuff, but I don't know the legal stuff.
