I thought it might be an Earthquake... ;-) -Query to the Group: Looking to find a way to send digital Radio (PACTOR Mode) via a computer soundcard to Radio interfacing. Any one know of such already in the works/available on the Market.... Need Specifically PACTOR mode for inter-operability between MARS/FEMA/ARES/RACES/DHS and so on. Generally it is similar to the HF Email used by boating folks when out to sea. (A series of tones relay text messages between radios/computers).
