    I'd be particularly interested in a convincing resolution to the 
    persistent, conflicting rumors of "EXT3 is ready for production/no it 
    isn't", and "ReiserFS sux0rs/no it doesn't". The fast recovery times and 
    theoretical lack of disk corruption are attractive, but need to be 
    balanced against the threat of code instability in these new FS's.
    
    Everyone has an anecdote, while claims of "production ready" really 
    require masses of experience that are *free* of anecdotes.
