Elcom (http://www.elcomsoft.com) has password crackers for just about
anything. Most of them are extremely fast; my understanding is that they
employ former soviet KGB cryptographers (they are located in Moscow). About
the only thing they don't have a cracker for is PGP (which says something
about the strength of that algorithm and its implementation). They also
seem to be very reasonably priced.

The link on their site took me to a reseller in Issaquah, WA. I believe NTI
in Gresham also resells the Elcom software.
