Elcom (http://www.elcomsoft.com) has password crackers for just about anything. Most of them are extremely fast; my understanding is that they employ former soviet KGB cryptographers (they are located in Moscow). About the only thing they don't have a cracker for is PGP (which says something about the strength of that algorithm and its implementation). They also seem to be very reasonably priced.
