    Shaun,
Open the 'Control Panel', 'Add or Remove Programs'
Click on 'Windows Components' on the left
    Uncheck all unwanted components

You may need to reset the program defaults in 'Internet Options' in the
'Control Panel' once you install Mozilla.

How do you remove IE and Outlook from MSwindow XP?
Keeping some dll's is OK, but I don't want any email viruses or web
nasties getting to it. I will be using Mozilla.

My daughter is going to college and I have to get her a computer that
    she can maintain at college.
