    Speakers and Topics:

    Patriot Act Presentation

Assistant United States Attorney Charles Gorder, who specializes in
prosecution of terrorism related matters, will give a presentation on
the Patriot Act. This presentation is designed to provide a true and
accurate presentation of the Patriot Act and its impact on the citizens
of the United States. A brief question and answer session will follow
    the presentation.

Operational Dependencies Across Critical Oregon Sectors

InfraGard provides a forum to facilitate cross-sector coordination for
reducing business impact during a crisis. Understanding 'up-stream'
and 'down-stream' dependencies with other industries allows pre-crisis
planning to take place, risk mitigation efforts to be coordinated, and
    allows for cross-sector BCP/DR management.

The December InfraGard meeting requests your expertise and understanding
as it relates to your industry and other sectors. This facilitated
discussion will draw sector co-dependencies onto the table and will
provide you with a better understanding of priorities in business
resumption from sectors on which you depend. One result of this
discussion will be a document emailed to you that recaps the
interdependencies and provides you with a foundation for the next
    discussion on this subject.

In addition to Federal, State and Local agencies, we are requesting
    representatives from the following sectors:

    1.	Banking and Finance
    2.	Insurance
    3.	Chemicals
    4.	Oil and Gas
    5.	Electric Power
    6.	Law Enforcement
    7.	Higher Education
    8.	Transportation (Rail)
    9.	Information Technology & Telecommunications
    10.	Water Systems
