More information about Vesta can be found at www.trustvesta.com Thanks, Yvette ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---- Vesta Corporation Position: SECURITY SPECIALIST Vesta is seeking a person who possesses strong business and communication skills who can both assist our internal IT and Engineering teams as well as our external clients in implementing security policies and system security requirements. As a Security Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing Vesta's corporate security policies, reviewing internal and external network security compliance in accordance with industry requirements, and performing internal and external process and system security audits. This position is responsible for maintaining corporate security policies and training materials, and conducting corporate security training. This position is also responsible for incident response reporting and fraud investigation work. The ability to develop enforceable policies and articulate why secure systems and enforceable corporate security policies are important is critical for success in this position. Position requirements: * Success in developing corporate physical and system security policies and monitoring policy compliance. * Ability to understand, communicate and resolve information security and network architecture issues. * Familiarity with Visa CISP, MC SDP, and ISO 1799 required. * Previous security auditing background a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. * Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability work with internal and external clients to design secure systems and support strong corporate security policies. * Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical position requirements: * 5+ years of experience in corporate and computer security. * Experience with network technologies, protocols, standards and products. * Strong background with Windows systems, especially IIS, Exchange, and SQL Server. * Experience with intrusion detection products and procedures. * Knowledge of hacking/security and investigation tools. * Current security certification required. * Microsoft, Cisco and or CISSP certification preferred.
