    All you need is a boot disk (I don't care what kind of PC OS - but Mac don't
    get it!) with Dan Mares Declasfy program on the boot disk and you are good
    to go. It's simple and easy to use, and will write either random characters
    1X across the entire physical disk starting at 0/0/1(the default), or what
    ever character you specify and as many passes as you'd like
