    All,

I thought this might be of interest to the group...

Last week, I presented at GMU2003, covering data
hiding on a live system. I focused on Windows, and
NTFS. I even included demos for merging Word and
Excel documents together, and pulling metadata from
    Word documents.

Today, I ran across this document regarding Simon
Byers' research into data "hidden" in Office
    documents:
    http://www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99994057

Windows versions of the tools mentioned are available:
    AntiWord - http://antiword.cjb.net
    catdoc - http://webaugur.com/wares/files

I thought I would put that out there for all to see...

    Thanks,

    Harlan
