Heya all, I am in the process of putting together a syllabus for my staff here who work with Incident Handling. While it includes alot of material we have written here in house (for the website and otherwise) I am starting to look into actual class room training. I am fammiliar to a passing degree with some of the course material out there howeve I am wondering if folks out there who have taken formal, publicly available classroom training can mail me offlist with their opinions.
