    Harmless.  It means that 195.6.82.132 has a broken TCP stack and the 
    Linux kernel is simply being a tattle-tale.  Later versions of the 
    kernel have this message removed since it was deemed as yet another 
    remote implementation bug that couldn't be avoided.
