FYI, Wirehub Internet maintains one of the best DNS Blacklists on the net (used by a lot of other ISP's and companies as well). The scans from kes.wirehub.nl are open proxy/relay scans done by Wirehub itself. They're not hacking into your computer. However, a little bit more information about this thing would be better. For instance: a rename from kes.wirehub.nl to proxyscan.wirehub.nl, and a relevant URL in the HTTP Referer for more information about these scans.
