    What kernel version did you patch for the PPC?  I don't think that the
    2.4.4 kernel will boot on PPC anyway without using the PPC group's
    patches (or tree).

    There's a few hooks placed in i386 specific places, including the Config
    process (so you can't even see the security submenu on other platforms
    right now.)  Patches for other systems gladly accepted :)
