    Ok, I agree.  This is the way that I was thinking that modules could
    chain other modules.  It is up to the module to do the chaining if they
    want to.  I misunderstood what you were trying to say, sorry.
    
    Now to go look for that change to the capabilities module to get the
    right symbol exported to work properly...
