    WireX has a module candidate called NetDomain, sibling to SubDomain.  NetDomain
    does hook into the incoming packets to mediate whether a process may receive
    said packets.  Chris Wright is the NetDomain maintainer, and I've asked him to
    look at Chris Vance's patch.  But Chris W. only works on weekends at his
    discretion :-) so I'm not sure when he'll reply.
