Do we want this documentation in security.h itself, or should we 
create a document similar to the existing document for VFS
(Documentation/filesytems/vfs.txt)?  I mention VFS since it
also defines a general framework with a set of operation vectors,
and it seems that they only describe the operations in this
separate document rather than in the header file itself.
