What's changed since the 2001_09_23 patch:
   - new comment about GPL in security.h                (Greg KH)
   - fix placement of lsm init code so kernel will boot (James Morris)
   - remove unecessary hook in mut_not_trace_exec       (Greg KH)
   - fix DocBook stuff so it compiles                   (Greg KH)
   - initial draft of DocBook documentation             (Stephen Smalley)
