    As Seth just pointed out to me on irc (#kernelnewbies is somewhere a
    number of people hang out in) there might be some confusion why I'm
    pushing these changes.
    
    The current format of the comments in security.h are not able to be used
    by any documentation generating program.  I'm trying to modify them so
    that kernel-doc can be used to generate documentation.  kernel-doc is
    what is used to generate the rest of the kernel documentation, and we
    should be consistent with that :)
