    alright, i merged the modules into one.  the new header file owlsm.h
    has the conditionally defined helper fucntions.  and owlsm.c is the
    basic module.  i've compiled and tested at least the hard link stuff.
    
    nick, it looks like you based your patch somewhat on the grsecurity patch.
    so i changed the patch to be closer to Solar Designer's original work.
