Latest 2.4.17 lsm patch released.

Full lsm-2.4 patch (LSM + all modules) is available at:

What's changed since the 2001_12_19-2.5.1 patch:
 - modified SELinux access vector table structure & code(Stephen Smalley)
 - owlsm indentation cleanup on Config.in		(me)
 - kbuild-2.5 support					(Richard Offer)
 - revised AVC-related calls in SELinux			(Stephen Smalley)
 - dte code cleanup and re-organization			(Serge Hallyn)

The noteworthy changes are in dte and selinux, so test accordingly.
