Hi, Thanks for your support. This new version 2.0pre2 add MODULE support!! Now you can compile LIDS as a module. You can use "insmod/modprobe" to insert LIDS into the kernel and using "rmmod" to disable LIDS on the fly. In order to be able to rmmod the LIDS, you need to enter LFS ( LIDS Free Session). Thanks Chris, I am looking forward to having LIDS include into the LSM package. Any question, pls contact me. Thanks, Huagang NOTE: HOW TO USE THIS path? you need to download the lsm-full-2002_01_15-2.5.2.patch first and then apply it to kernel 2.5.2..and then apply the attached diff file.. You can now compile LIDS as a module or build into the kernel. Enjoy it! > > thank you Huagang! i'll look at getting this change into the > repository. i'm in the midst of merging with 2.5.5-pre1 so this won't > get any attention until tomorrow. this is great to see a LIDS module ;-) > > thanks, > -chris > -- LIDS secure linux kernel http://www.lids.org/ 1024D/B6EFB028 4731 2BF7 7735 4DBD 3771 4E24 B53B B60A B6EF B028
