It is back-port from lids-2.0pre3-2.5.5-lsm.

        - fixed a bug when apply ACLs in LFS mode.

        - add the lost klids.c file                                             
        - split the str2data() into 2 functions to avoid warning.               
        - remove LIDS_HANGUP support.                                           
        - fixed a ksyms export bugs, simple_strtol change to simple_stroul
