ChangeLog for lids-2.0pre4-2.5.5

1) add lids_check_cap to avoid alert when checking "LD_"
2) make "sent mail through network" working right now.
3) print filename in alert message
4) free unused lids_sys_acl struct when process exit or LIDS module exit.
5) move header file (*.h) into "security/lids/include/linux/"
6) cleanup the Config.in

Attached files include,
	1) a diff file to last release 2.0pre3, you can use this if you
	   have installed the lids-2.0pre3-2.5.5-lsm. 

	2) a complete tar ball include all the file under security/lids/
	   , you can do 

		$ cd security/
		$ rm -rf lids/
		$ tar -zxvf lids-2.0pre4-lsm-2.5.5.tar.gz 

A port back to 2.4.18 will be avaiable in the next few days.
