Sorry, in testing it out, you are correct.  I was just looking at the
Makefiles, which stated that the O_TARGET was vmlinux-obj.o, which the
previous level Makefile was not using.  Everything was ok, as dte_plug.o
and vmlinux-obj.o are the same thing in the security/dte directory.

So for correctness only, the security/Makefile should be changed, sorry
for misstating this.
